Thank you for purchasing from AI Changed Me ("we," "us," or "our").

Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Our primary product, the Digital Course, is a digital product delivered electronically. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products once the order has been processed and access has been provided.

Physical Products — Work Binder Add-On

The Work Binder Add-On is a physical product available as an add-on when purchasing the Digital Course. If your Work Binder arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aichangedme.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Because the Work Binder is an add-on item, it is not sold separately and is not eligible for standalone refunds.

Why All Sales Are Final

Digital products cannot be "returned" in the same way physical goods can. Once you receive access to course materials, templates, or downloadable resources, the product has been fully delivered. For this reason, we encourage you to review all product descriptions, curriculum details, and frequently asked questions before making a purchase.

Billing Errors
